Is there a minimum commitment?
No, you can choose to commit to as many or as few hours as you need.

What happens if I need more hours than agreed?
You can use as many hours as necessary. Contact your virtual assistant to check if they have additional time to assist; they usually do. If not, we will arrange a backup virtual assistant for you. Any extra hours used will be added to your next bill.

Can I cancel my subscription? What is the notice period, and are there any costs?
Cancelling is simple and hassle-free. Contact your Account Manager to let them know your preferred cancellation date, and your account will be closed accordingly. There are no fees or complications. Once the current month you have paid for is completed, your account will be closed. Please note that unused hours from that month will not be refunded.

Can I carry unused hours over to the next month?
Yes, unused hours can roll over to the following month but must be used within that month. For example, if you have a 30-hour package and only use 25 hours in January, you will have 35 hours available in February. Any unused hours at the end of February will expire.

When will the subscription fee be charged to my account?
Your subscription is billed on the first day of your billing cycle, which is the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. Payments are made upfront for each month.

Will I pay extra if a backup assistant works on my account?
No, your subscription covers access to multiple skill sets and assistants as needed without any additional charges.

Do I need to pay anything beyond my subscription fee?
No, your set subscription fee includes everything. There are no additional costs.

How do I ensure my details are safe?
We prioritise the security of your information by practicing GDPR compliance and implementing robust security measures. We use a password manager to securely store and share passwords, ensuring that only authorised managers have access. Additionally, sensitive information is password-protected to prevent unauthorised access. You can rest assured that your data is handled with the utmost care and security.

If you feel your assigned virtual assistant isn’t the right fit, contact us immediately. We will work to find a suitable replacement for you.
